Supper ClubEmily Beck '10 has been working on putting together this event for several months, and she's really excited to share it! The Wangensteen Library is collaborating with GYST Fermentation Bar on an historical chocolate tasting event on Feb. 13. They're working up several chocolate recipes from the historical collections at the library (17th, 18th, and 19th century) that participants will taste alongside modern chocolates.
