You are invited to a reception celebrating Broadway stories and stars featuring Sue Frost ’77, and a producer of the Tony Award-winning musical Come from Away, and Ryan McCartan, Minnesota’s own Broadway actor. This is an exclusive opportunity for donors and special friends of Hennepin Theatre Trust, including Minnesota Smith Club members and their guests. Club member Barbara Klaas ’74 is a Trustee and our host for this special event.

Frost, who is a passionate advocate for arts in education, will share her perspective on the importance of transforming real stories to stage. The evening includes a special performance from McCartan, who will also talk about how Hennepin Theatre Trust’s Spotlight Education program provided him critical lifelong skills and helped him launch a Broadway career. Reception includes complimentary beverages and hors d’oeuvres.
