Strong Women, Full of Love: The Photography of Meadow Muska
A Gallery Talk at the MIA
Thursday, October 17, 6:30pm
Meadow Muska, photographer and activist, has decided to permanently house her work at the Sophia Smith Collection. Meadow documented the hidden lives of lesbian women during the 1970’s and the MIA is currently hosting an exhibition of 30 black and white photos from her collection – which will then head to their new home in Northampton.
The Club has an opportunity to view these stunning photographs and enjoy a gallery talk and reception with Meadow and members of the MIA curatorial staff. Please join us for this very special event.
