MIA “Inspired by Books” Tour

MIA Tour Guide and Smith alum Helen Leslie (’75) will lead us on a tour in the Minneapolis Institute of Arts based on the book “The Sentence” by Louise Erdrich. This “book tour” will relate works of art to this novel set in Minneapolis during the period of the pandemic and the murder of George Floyd. If you have not read “The Sentence” you are encouraged to do so before the tour.

After the tour we will have lunch at Christo’s Greek restaurant located nearby on Eat Street.
